What you need to know about using your new electronic cigarette kit for the 1st time......

• Please make sure you put both batteries on charge when your kit arrives - the normal charging time is about 2-2.5 hours.  Though the batteries will have some charge in them when they arrive - they are in no way fully charged.
• The first time you use your e-cig - inhale slowly 3 - 4 times, this helps the atomizer build up the level of vapour to acceptable standards.  After doing this you can continue smoking as you normally do.
• At night before going to bed, please disconnect the battery, this helps prevent the battery from running down over night.  A battery can be recharged approximately 200-300 times before it becomes inefficient.
• Please take good care of your e-cig, as with any electronic device - it doesn't like being dropped or crushed and this can seriously affect it's lifespan.
• Please clean and maintain the atomizer regulary.  This helps to make sure you get the most from your ecig.  We recommend compressed air - use this to blow through the atomizer - this will remove and dust/debris from building up.  Please also make sure the gold contacts (the screw thread) is cleaned regularly too.

What is an electronic cigarette?
First of all please keep in mind just how realistic an electronic cigarette is, don't let the fact that there is technology behind it put you off.  The technology and design has been powering ahead for years and we now believe we are at a stage where electronic cigarettes are seen as a natural alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes.

Made up of a rechargeable battery, atomizer and cartridge the e-cig (as it is sometimes known) imitates a traditional cigarette in look, feel and nicotine.  The atomizer produces an amount of vapour (like smoke) that contains nicotine adding to the overall effect, the smoker inhales the vapour as you would with a traditional cigarette.   Our e-cigs are the same size as traditional, very light and even the tips glows orange when in use.

1. How long does a refill last?
Approximately 13-17 cigarettes some other companies are saying 20 cigs - realistically 13-17 is a good average.

2. What do I get in my electronic cigarette kit?
Your starter kit contains everything you need to get you going, 1 complete electronic 
cigarette, a spare battery, mains charger, 5 cartridges of mixed strengths and an instruction leaflet.

3. How long will it take to arrive?
Either next day or sometimes the day after that, we do offer the option of Guaranteed Next day though, please remember that orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be despatched on the first available working day.

4. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

7. Are electronic cigarettes legal to use?
Yes completely, the smoking ban refers to tobacco based products, since an electronic cigarette does not contain tobacco they are legal to smoke.  More info on the legislation surrounding the smoking ban can be found HERE.

7. Are electronic cigarettes safe to use?
Yes, they are manufactured to strict EC standards and comply with all current legislation.

8. What happens if I change my mind after buying my electronic cigarette and I decide to return it?.
Simple... just send your kit back to us and you'll get a 100% refund of your money immediately but please remember to return your order by Recorded Delivery as on occassion post does go missing.

9. What is e-liquid?
E-liquid lets the user recharge their own cartridges without having to purchase cartridges, just add 3-4 drops of the eliquid to an empty cartridge and thats it. Easy - to see our range of eliquid click on the word, eliquid.

10. Whats the benefit of using e-liquid in stead of buying prefilled cartridges?
E-liquid works out to be a lot cheaper than buying cartridges.  Our 30ml bottles can refill about 200 cartridges, if you were to buy 200 cartridges it would cost you about £70, a bottle of e-liquid costs about £18.

11. Are there any downsides to using e-liquid?
The only downside to note is that you cannot refill a cartridge forever.  There is a very small piece of lint in a cartridge that absorbs the nicotine but after say 10 recharges that lint becomes useless and we recommend that you use another cartridge.

12.Do you have a returns Policy?
Yes,  just return your order within 7 working days for a full refund.

13. I'd prefer to speak to a human being than send emails - can you help?
Yes, our number is a low call number, UK based, feel free to call with your enquiry, the office is staffed from Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon.  Any emails/calls made outside of these hours will be responded to as quickly as possible.

14.Do you accept telephone orders?
Yes please, if you want to place an order over the phone just call, we accept, Visa/Mastercard/Solo/Electron.

15. Can I pay by PAYPAL?
Yes - just place your order and you will be offered by 2 options - pay by PAYPAL or by CARD - you choose.

16. How long will the battery last for?
An average lifespan for the batteries is between 200-300 recharges.  After that point you will notice a steady decrease in efficiency.
